納帕谷(酒鄉)

金門大橋
金門大橋是舊金山標誌性建築，世界知名大橋之一，是近代橋樑工程的一項奇蹟。大橋雄峙於美國加利福尼亞州長1900多米的金門海峽之上，歷時4年和10萬多噸鋼材，耗資達3550萬美元建成。於1937年開通，全長2公里，有6個車道，是世界上非常大的單孔吊橋之一，被認爲是舊金山的象徵。整個大橋造型宏偉壯觀、樸素無華。橋身呈硃紅色，橫臥於碧海白浪之上，華燈初放，如巨龍凌空，使舊金山市的夜空景色更加壯麗。在淘金熱的時候，這座橋如同是通往金礦的一扇大門，因此被命名爲“金門大橋”。

- Is admission to Muir Woods included?
The price of this tour does not include the Muir Woods entrance fee, which is $15 per person and must be paid when you reach the entrance. However, our guided tours handle all the logistics including required reservations - you don't need to worry about securing your own timed entry pass, which can sell out weeks in advance during peak season. We take care of all the planning so you can simply enjoy the experience. - How much time will I spend in Muir Woods?
You'll spend about an hour exploring the ancient redwoods along the easy, mostly flat 1-mile loop trail. This is absolutely worth the visit - you'll walk among coastal redwoods (not giant sequoias, which are found in the Sierra Nevada) that are over 1,000 years old and tower 250+ feet above you.
The early morning timing of our tour is perfect - you'll experience the forest when it's most peaceful, with soft light filtering through the canopy and fewer crowds. The main trail is very accessible with minimal elevation gain, making it suitable for most fitness levels.
What makes Muir Woods special is that it's one of the last remaining old-growth coastal redwood forests, protected since 1908. Fun fact: scenes from Star Wars Return of the Jedi were filmed here! While there are other redwood forests in California, Muir Woods offers the most convenient access to ancient giants from San Francisco, plus it's perfectly positioned for our wine country combination. - What Napa and Sonoma wineries will I visit for the wine tasting tours from San Francisco?

Yes! This tour visits both Napa Valley and Sonoma County for wine tasting. The beauty of our itinerary is that Muir Woods is perfectly positioned - it's only about 45 minutes to 1 hour from Napa Valley, making it ideal for a combined day tour.
The giant redwoods at Muir Woods are approximately 50-60 miles from Napa, connected by one of Northern California's most scenic drives. Yes, our optimized 10-hour itinerary is perfectly paced for a comfortable day experience. The route is designed to minimize travel time while maximizing your enjoyment at each location.
The best months for this tour are April through June and September through October - spring offers beautiful weather with blooming vineyards and fewer crowds, while fall brings harvest season excitement with perfect temperatures for both forest walks and outdoor wine tastings. Summer (July-August) is peak season but can be crowded, while winter offers a more intimate experience with cozy indoor tastings.
We'll have you back to your San Francisco pickup location in time for dinner, having experienced ancient redwoods, world-class wines, and stunning Northern California scenery all in one perfectly coordinated day. - Is this wine country tour suitable for children?
We discourage bringing children under 6 years old on this wine country tour from San Francisco. Some of our winery partners do not permit children in their tasting rooms. - Do you pick up outside of San Francisco?
We offer complimentary pickup from downtown San Francisco hotels. If you're staying outside the downtown area, we suggest taking shared ride service or public transportation to our pickup location at the Hilton Union Square hotel on O'Farrell Street (Mason Street side entrance).
While Mill Valley is the closest city to Muir Woods (just 6 miles away), San Francisco provides the most convenient starting point for our combined tour, as it's where most visitors stay and offers the best access to both wine country and the redwoods via the Golden Gate Bridge. - What should I bring on this wine tasting tour?
For Muir Woods, dress in layers and wear comfortable walking shoes with good grip. The forest is typically 10-15 degrees cooler than San Francisco and can be damp, so bring a light jacket even on warm days. Long pants are recommended as poison oak is present on some trails.
For wine tasting, you can absolutely wear jeans - wine country has a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Dark jeans paired with a nice top are perfect for most wineries. Some upscale locations prefer 'smart casual' attire, so avoid overly distressed jeans, flip-flops, or tank tops.

Meals are not included unless you select the optional gourmet lunch. We will make a midday stop for a bit over an hour at Sonoma Plaza where there are many nice, casual restaurants for a perfect wine country luncheon. - Can we drink alcohol on the bus during the Napa Valley & Sonoma wine tours?
Yes. However, the pours provided during the wine tasting tours are generous, and our experience suggests that drinking between stops can become excessive.

- Guests may bring luggage, but they need to notify us 72 hours in advance so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. Allowance: Up to 2 free items per guest (1 personal item + 1 overnight bag). Max overnight bag size: 24" x 16" x 10" (60cm x 40cm x 25cm). Additional items: $25 each. Oversized bags: $50 each.

- Audio Service: We offer complimentary audio tours now. You need to let us know which language you would like to request. Please leave us a message when you make reservation. we will send the link for the audio guide you need. In the link there is a step by step process on how to download it. You need to download Voicemap and use the code of the language you want to use (which we will provide). Please bring your earphones/headphones, and smart phone (fully charged with the downloaded app)
- Please arrive at the pick-up location 10-15 minutes prior to the requested pick-up time.
- As a courtesy to fellow passengers, it's important to be on time. If clients are late or miss a scheduled pick-up time for the tour, please contact our office IMMEDIATELY. An alternative pick-up location may be arranged at the customer's expense, subject to availability. Any guest who misses their tour entirely will forfeit their seat on the tour. No refunds will be issued.
- Child Seat Policy:
Per California Law, we require that all children occupy a seat (no lap child) and that tour guests bring a car safety seat for all children under 8 years old. Children under the age of 8 who are 4'9' or taller may be secured by a safety belt and don't need a child safety seat. Emergency Child seats may be available upon request. Based on availability. - We will assess a cleaning fee of up to $100 for any passenger who permanently stains or renders this vehicle temporarily unfit for passengers due to spillage of any substance such that the vehicle must be taken out of service and cleaned.
- We will always do what we can to make your trip enjoyable, but safety is our first priority so the route and the itinerary may be changed due to snow depth, road conditions, construction projects and detours. The giant sequoias hike on the Yosemite tour is dependent on snow levels and trail conditions from October to April.
- We reserve the right to apply at a time of its choosing a surcharge to cover increased fuel prices in the marketplace. We will notify you with prior warning prior to implementing any changes.
- We'll not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to: labor strikes, epidemics, war, riots, floods, fire, sabotage, park closures, government shutdowns, adverse traffic, weather conditions, other unpredictable conditions or acts of God. We reserve the right to modify tour plans and to collect full payment for alternative tours due to any of the circumstances above.
- Tours require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. If the minimum is not met, we reserve the right to cancel or deliver the tour through another operator.
- We operate fully insured DMV/PUC/TCP-licensed vehicles of various sizes. We reserve the right to determine vehicle selection based on safety and load factors. We reserve the right to use other operators and/or subcontractors to operate any advertised tour. We reserve the right to change pick-up locations and times for any tour.
- We employ driver-guides who are properly certified and licensed under the laws, rules and regulations of any authority having jurisdiction. All driver-guides are routinely drug tested and qualified in accordance with stipulations of the DMV and Public Utilities Commission, TCP-40453.
