一、辦理通信卡| SIM Card

入境後第一步，先搞定手機通信，讓聯繫與上網更順暢。 持護照或外國人永久居留身份證，前往中國電信、中國移動、中國聯通、中國廣電營業廳，即可申請辦理手機 SIM 卡，開通通話、流量等移動通信服務，流程簡單、辦理高效。

Foreigners can bring their passports or Foreign Permanent Resident lD Cards to the service offices of telecom operators such as China Telecom, China Mobile, China Unicom,and China Broadnet, to apply for a SlM card and activate mobile communication services in China.

二、辦理銀行卡|Bank Card

擁有一張中國銀行卡，日常消費、綁定支付更方便。 攜帶護照 / 外國人永久居留身份證 + 國內手機號，到商業銀行營業廳辦理。不同銀行要求略有差異，可提前諮詢網點客戶經理，按指引提交材料，快速完成開戶。

Foreigners can bring their passports or Foreign Permanent Resident lD Cards and mobile phone numbers in China to the business offices of commercial banks to apply for a bank card (please consult the customer manager of the business office for specific requirements).

三、開通移動支付|Mobile Payment

在中國，一部手機就能輕鬆消費，掃碼支付覆蓋衣食住行全場景。

In China, you can make payments effortlessly with just a mobile phone. QR code payment is widely used across daily life, including shopping, dining, travel and accommodation.

• 使用手機下載安裝微信或支付寶APP，根據APP指引註冊，輸入國外或國內手機號等信息。

• 打開APP，綁定帶有萬事達（Mastercard）、維薩（Visa）、日本信用卡（JCB）、大來卡（Diners Club）、發現卡（Discover）等標識的國際銀行卡；或帶有銀聯（Union Pay）標識的國內銀行卡。

• 支付時打開APP，掃描商家收款二維碼或向商家出示支付二維碼。

• Foreigners can download and install WeChat or Alipay apps and follow the instructions to input foreign or Chinese mobile phone numbers for account registration.

• Foreigners can bind the app to international bank cards such as Master Card, Visa, JCB, Diners Club, and Discover, or Chinese bank cards with the UnionPay logo.

• Foreigners can scan the QR code or use the payment QR code when making payments.

綁定國際銀行卡注意事項：

• 使用支付寶（Alipay）、微信（Wechat）發起連接國際銀行卡，需得到國外發卡行的授權同意，部分發卡行由於系統無法識別連接信息，會拒絕綁定的請求，建議聯繫髮卡行客服或改用國內銀行卡。

• 使用支付寶、微信綁定國際銀行卡掃碼支付，單筆金額不超過200元人民幣，用戶無需支付額外手續費；單筆金額超過200元人民幣，用戶需要按照交易金額的3%支付服務手續費。

• 支付寶、微信對綁定國際銀行卡的消費限額爲每年不超過5萬美元，單筆不超過5000美元。建議綁定國際銀行卡的用戶結合應用場景使用移動支付。

  Notes for binding international bank cards:

• When binding an international bank card to Alipay or WeChat, it is necessary to obtain authorization from the foreign issuing bank. However, some issuing banks may reject the binding request due to their system's inability to recognize the connection information. In such cases, it is advisable to contact the issuing bank's customer service center or consider using a Chinese bank card instead.

• When using Alipay or WeChat for QR code payments through the bound international bank card, users are not required to pay an additional servicefee if the transaction amount does not exceed 200 yuan; or, users need to pay a service fee at 3% of the transaction amount if the amount exceeds 200 yuan.

• Alipay and WeChat have set transaction limits for bound international bank cards, with an annual limit of 50,000 US dollars and a single transaction limit of 5,000 US dollars. It is recommended that users who have bound international bank cards to the APPs consider your specific use cases before using mobile payment.

四、辦理外匯兌換|Exchange of foreign Currencies

輕鬆兌換人民幣，滿足現金消費需求。

Easily exchange RMB to cover your cash spending needs.

• 入境前：可在境外提前兌換人民幣，每人每次攜帶限額 20000 元。

• 入境後：可在機場、口岸銀行、外幣兌換機構、自助兌換機辦理；也可用國際銀行卡在 ATM 提取人民幣。

• Before arrival: Foreigners  to China can exchange foreign currencies for RMB cash in advance. Each visitor is allowed to take up to 20,000 yuan in cash in or out of the country.

• After arrival: Currency exchange services are available at airports, border banks, foreign exchange bureaus and self-service exchange machines. Foreigners may also withdraw RMB from ATMs using your international bank card.

五、乘坐交通工具|Transportation

中國交通網絡發達，高鐵、飛機、地鐵、網約車全覆蓋，出行高效便捷。

China boasts an extensive transportation network with high-speed trains, flights, subways and ride-hailing services, ensuring efficient and convenient travel.

（一）火車（高鐵）

1. 購票證件

• 窗口 / 代售點 / 列車補票：護照、外國人永久居留身份證、出入境證、海員證、護照報失證明、駐華使領館臨時旅行證件等。

• 12306 英文官網 / APP / 電話：護照、外國人永久居留身份證。

• 自動售票機：外國人永久居留身份證。

  2. 身份覈驗：在 12306 英文平臺在線覈驗，或持護照到車站窗口辦理。

  3. 購票 / 改簽 / 退票：通過 12306 英文官網、APP 或車站窗口辦理，支持支付寶、微信、銀聯及國際卡支付。

  4. 進出站：持購票證件原件走人工或自助通道覈驗進站

（I）Trains & High-Speed Trains

1. Accepted documents for ticket purchase

• Ticket counters, authorized sales outlets and on-train ticket adjustments: Passport, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, Exit-Entry Permit, Seaman's Book, Police Report for Lost Passport, temporary travel documents issued by foreign embassies and consulates in China, etc.

• Self-service ticket vending machines: Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card
  

2. Identity verification

Complete verification online via the English version of 12306, or go to the station ticket counter with your passport.

3. Ticket purchase, change and refund

Services are available on the 12306 English website, app and at station counters. Payments via Alipay, WeChat, UnionPay and international bank cards are accepted.

4. Station entry and exit

Present your original document used for ticket purchase for inspection at manned or self-service gates.

（二）飛機

在航空公司官方 APP、小程序等平臺在線預訂機票，選座、值機均可線上完成，出行更省心。

(II) Air Travel

Book flights via airlines' official apps or mini-programs. Seat selection and online check-in can all be done remotely for a hassle-free trip.

（三）地鐵 / 公交

• 地鐵：全國 55 城開通，可辦卡或用支付寶乘坐，準點快捷。

• 公交：現金、公交卡、支付寶均可；公交不設找零，提前備好零錢。

  (III) Subways & Buses

• Subways: Operational in 55 cities across China. You may use transit cards or Alipay for rides. Services are punctual and efficient.

• Buses: Accepted payment methods include cash, transit cards and Alipay. Please note that no change will be given, so prepare small change in advance.

（四）網約車

可用支付寶、微信、滴滴出行 APP 預約，上門接送，適合短途出行。

(IV) Ride-Hailing Services

Book rides via Alipay, WeChat or the DiDi app. Door-to-door service is ideal for short trips.

（五）租車

現場或通過 APP / 小程序預約。需提供護照 / 永居證、中國有效駕駛證、國際 / 國內信用卡，提前 1 個工作日覈驗身份。

• 短期入境可申領3 個月有效期臨時駕駛許可，停留超 3 個月可延長至1 年。

• 中國與法國、塞爾維亞、比利時、阿聯酋實現駕照互認換領。

(V) Car Rental

Foreigners  can book in person or through apps and mini-programs. You need to present your passport or foreign permanent resident ID, valid Chinese driver's license, as well as international or domestic credit cards. Identity verification requires one working day in advance.

• Visitors on a short stay can apply for a 3-month temporary driving permit.

 It can be extended to 1 year if your stay exceeds three months.

• China has mutual recognition and exchange of driving licenses with France, Serbia, Belgium and the United Arab Emirates.

六、辦理住宿| Accommodation

外國旅客可以通過攜程國際版Trip.com APP 在線預訂或電話預訂酒店。

• 入住：出示護照 / 外國人永久居留身份證登記。

• 支付：支持人民幣現金、銀行卡、支付寶、微信；部分酒店接受 Visa/Mastercard、Apple Pay、PayPal，入住前可提前確認。

  Foreign travelers can make hotel reservations online through the Trip.com APP or via telephone or other means.

• Check-in：Please present your passport or Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card for registration.

• Payment：RMB cash, bank cards, Alipay and WeChat are accepted. Some hotels also take Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and PayPal. You may confirm payment options in advance before check-in.
