【Airport Transfer Guidelines】
- 航班信息提交：請至少在抵達中國前7天（第一天）提供準確的航班信息（航班號、航站樓、到達/出發時間）。逾期提交可能會導致服務不可用或產生額外費用。
- 服務範圍：每次預訂僅包含1次機場接送（第1天）+1次送機（第5天）。非預定日期的接送服務需另行報價。
- 服務時間及附加費：
標準服務時間：7:00-23:00（不收取額外費用）。
夜間附加費：23:01 至次日早上 6:59 之間，每位客人加收 100.00 元人民幣。
注意：如果因航班延誤而延遲抵達，則免收夜間附加費。 - 機場接機等候政策：航班落地後，導遊將免費等候100分鐘。超過100分鐘將收取50元人民幣/30分鐘的費用（不足半小時按半小時收費）。如果在免費等候時間後仍無法聯繫到客人（例如，導遊撥打提供的電話號碼三次仍未接通），導遊和司機將離開。客人需自行安排前往酒店的交通，且不予退款。
- 接機流程及緊急情況：導遊將在行李領取大廳外等候，手持寫有客人姓名的牌子。
如果您在離開行李領取處後 30 分鐘內仍未找到導遊，請撥打電子機票上提供的緊急聯繫電話。我們建議您在飛機降落後保持手機開機並處於可訪問狀態，以便導遊在需要時與您聯繫。 - 行李限額：每位乘客可攜帶1件托運行李和1件隨身行李。如需攜帶更多行李，請提前48小時告知我們，未申報的超重行李可能會被拒絕登機。
- 附加政策：60分鐘內到達的乘客可共乘車輛。車輛直達，中途不停車。
【Airport Transfer Guidelines】
- Flight Details Submission: Please provide accurate flight details (flight number, terminal, arrival/departure time) at least 7 days before arrival in China (Day 1). Late submissions may result in service unavailability or extra fees.
- Service Scope: Each booking includes only 1 airport pickup (Day 1) + 1 drop-off (Day 5). Transfers on non-scheduled days require separate quotes.
- Service Hours & Surcharge:
Standard Service Hours: 7:00am - 23:00pm (no extra charge).
Nighttime Surcharge: CNY100.00/guest for services between 23:01pm - 6:59am.
Note: The nighttime surcharge will be waived if late arrival is due to flight delays. - Airport Pick-up Waiting Policy: The guide will wait for 100 minutes after the flight lands free of charge. After that, a fee of CNY50.00/30minutes will apply (charged as a full half-hour even if less). If the guest cannot be reached after the free waiting time (i.e., the guide calls the provided number 3 times without success), the guide and driver will leave. The guest will need to arrange their own transfer to the hotel, and no refund will be provided.
- Pickup Procedure & Emergency: The guide will be waiting outside the baggage claim hall, holding a sign with the guest's name.
If you cannot find the guide within 30 minutes after exiting the baggage claim area, please call the emergency contact number provided on your e-ticket. We recommend keeping your phone switched on and accessible after landing, so the guide can contact you if needed. - Luggage Allowance: Each guest is allowed 1 piece of checked luggage and 1 carry-on bag. Please inform us 48h in advance if you will be bringing more, unreported excess may be refused.
- Additional Policies: Passengers arriving within 60 minutes may share vehicles. The transfer is direct with no stops along the way.
